I am a leadership consultant and educator. I have been working with youth for over 15 years. More recently, my clients have included small businesses, and individuals who are looking to improve their leadership skills. I completed my MA in Leadership at Royal Roads University and I am now dedicating my career to igniting the leadership potential within my clients. I believe that having a strong sense of self and developing a variety of leadership skills are important for academic and future professional success. The works of Leadership gurus, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, Peter Senge, and Brene Brown have inspired me to create an empowering leadership development experience. |
